We never ask for card or payment information on this page. A member of our team calls you to confirm your order and your total, then takes your payment the way you prefer — credit card over the phone, bank transfer, Venmo, Cash App or Zelle. We only take or request payment after speaking with you, never before, and we will never ask for card details by text or email. The person who calls you will tell you exactly how the charge appears on your card statement.
Volume pricing applies automatically — 1–3 boxes $499 each, 4–6 boxes $459 each, 7–9 boxes $419 each. Every box ships with the remote and its 2 batteries, an HDMI cable, a power adapter and a user guide, with a 1-year warranty. All sales are final.

Is this the box I saw at the fair?
Yes. It’s the same Smart Stream TV Box, with the same remote and the same 1-year warranty. Mention where you met us when we call — your show price is honored.
Is there really no monthly fee?
Right. You buy the box once and we never charge you again. The apps that come pre-installed are free because they’re ad-supported. If you want a paid service on top, you sign up with that provider and pay them directly — same as on any smart TV.
What can I actually watch for free?
Free, ad-supported live channels, movies and series from third-party apps: news, classic TV, films, kids’ programming, sports networks, international channels. To be straight with you — premium subscription content isn’t free anywhere, and we won’t pretend otherwise. What the box does is put your paid services and the free ones on the same screen.
Will it work with my TV?
If it has an HDMI port, yes. You get up to 4K with HDR on TVs that support it, and a clean HD picture on older sets.
How fast does my internet need to be?
About 10 Mbps for HD, 25 Mbps for 4K. Ordinary home broadband handles it over Wi-Fi or Ethernet.
What if something goes wrong?
Every box is covered by a 1-year hardware warranty. If it stops working properly, call us at (607) 343-3537 and we’ll sort it out under warranty. All sales are final: we don’t accept returns or give refunds for a change of mind, so call us with any question before you order.
Do I have to install updates?
No. System updates arrive over the internet on their own. Nothing to download, nothing to remember.
Do I need to be technical?
No. HDMI, power, Wi-Fi, remote — about five minutes. And if you’d rather not do it alone, call or text and we’ll stay on the line until you’re watching.
